Creative Studio Architects was commissioned by the Rebecca School to design their new school in Mt. Vernon, NY.  This new facility serves the Yonkers and Westchester County areas.  Creative Studio Architects was also involved in the site selection for this new school. 

The Rebecca School North focuses on students ages 3 through 21 with neurodevelopmental delays in relating and communicating.  The new school has K-12 classrooms, teaching kitchens, therapy rooms, administrative space, an indoor gymnasium, and other support spaces across 4 floors as well as a rooftop playground and future rooftop garden. 

We worked with the Owner to develop a space program, a fit plan of the building, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration support.
