Creative Studio Architects partnered with Corna Kokosing on this renovation at CCAD. The new space includes a new admissions center, institutional engagement suite, meeting spaces, offices, collaborative areas, and various design and active learning classroom spaces.

In addition to the renovation, we also supported the project with experiential graphic expertise. Our team worked worked directly with CCAD leadership to establish the overall direction for the experiential graphics and branding. We worked with leadership to look for creative ways to enhance the space with graphics while staying within the tight budget. One creative solution that the team developed was to retain the existing maze of exposed electrical conduits in the space. CSA worked with these conduits and tied it into the graphical linework. This creates a cohesive and playful experience which would otherwise be an eye-sore.

CSA also worked directly with Dupler Office on the demountable wall systems, furniture, and finishes to avoid lead time issues on this fast-track project.
