When Paychex purchased a start-up HR software business based in Lima, OH, they needed to quickly hire and expand capacity in the existing facility. Paychex tasked Creative Studio Architects to renovate this old IBM headquarters added over 70 open workstations, 15 private offices, several conference rooms, huddle rooms, a software war room, and server rooms. We worked directly with Paychex headquarters in Rochester, New York to quickly repurpose the facility and to follow the Paychex furniture, finish, and workspace standards. The project also involved other miscellaneous upgrades to the exterior of the building, new ramps for accessibility, signage, HVAC improvements, a new parking lot, and landscaping.
