OWNER / DIRECTOR OF DESIGN & OPERATIONS
As Director of Design & Operations, Mike works directly with the Owner and project stakeholders to develop the project vision and to lead the design effort. Mike is the main point of contact during project discovery, programming, and design. Mike is directly responsible for scheduling and conducting all user meetings and coordinating all project communication with the Owner, consultants, and other team members. Mike works hand-in-hand with our internal estimating team or with the contractor to ensure the design is in alignment with the budget and project goals.
Mike has two beautiful children and a wife, Staci. In Mike’s spare time, he enjoys golfing or spending time with his family.
DAVID LIPPENCOTT, RA, LEED AP
DIRECTOR OF ARCHITECTURE & CONSTRUCTION
As Director of Architecture & Construction, Dave works directly with Mike to execute the design vision. Dave is the main point-of-contact during project documentation and construction. Dave is also involved during design to ensure communication is directly translated onto paper and into the physical built environment.
Dave has two beautiful children and a wife, Christina. In Dave’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and working on classic vehicles with his “pops”.
